National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)
NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety
National Vocational Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety are based on national standards set by the profession and recognised by employers as proof of ability. This award assesses actual on the job competencies and provides the opportunity to gain a recognisied qualification whilst at work.
- NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Health and Safety is for people at work, such as managers and supervisiors, who have responsibilities for health and safety, but are not at practitioner level.
- Level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety is designed for health and safety practitioners or those working in similiar roles who are able to advise and influence on health and safety related matters.
